Session #3 - Photos
Turkish Cooking Class had its third class of the year on February 17, 2010. We demonstrated some of the dishes that are great for tea-time or dinner party. Also we had a visitor cook from Turkey and we thank her for sharing her delicious recipes with us.

Session #3 - Menu @February 17th
The third Turkish Cooking class for the Spring'10 semester will be held on February 17th, Wednesday @6:00pm. The menu for session #3 includes Apple Cookie, Lentil Balls, Bundle Borek and Roasted Red Pepper Salad.

Session #2 - Photos
Our second Turkish Cooking Class of the year was held on Wednesday February 3rd, 2010. As always, we had a great time learning, tasting and enjoying new dishes from Turkish cuisine. Please, do not worry! if you have missed last class, join us on February 17th, 2010 for the next one!
Refreshments at the beginning..
And we have a winner who tried a recipe from first cooking class :)

Sultan's Delight (Hunkar Begendi)
Roll Baklava (Burma Baklava)
Attendees, also, had the chance to try making rolled baklava themselves and we found out that they are all very good at this.
