Atlas will hold the third Turkish Cooking Class for the Spring'12 semester on February 8th, Wednesday@6:00pm. We will all enjoy cooking and tasting delicious Turkish dishes. The each whole menu of the sessions will represents one of the seven region of Turkey. In this session we will be presenting menu from the Black Sea Region in Turkey. The menu for session #3 includes Hamsi, Kete, Dible, Soup, Green Salad and Rice.
