The fourth Turkish Cooking class for the Spring'10 semester will be held on March 3rd, Wednesday @6:00pm. The menu for session #4 includes Stuffed Zucchini, Tomato Soup, Leek with Olive Oil, and Palace Delight Dessert. I can't wait to see how to cook leek. Look so delicios.
I just got back from the class and it was marvelous. Ahh! - the Palace Delight!!! What a wonderful dessert. The Leeks were delicious, the zucchini and soup wonderful. Thanks again for doing this.
