Atlas will hold the first Turkish Cooking Class for the 2nd Spring'13 semester on March 20th, Wednesday@6:00pm. We will all enjoy cooking and tasting delicious Turkish dishes. The menu for session #1 includes Pide with Cheese, Pide with Eggplant, Pide with Groundbeef, Mushroom Salad, Sweet Cheese Pastry made with Kadaifi, Chicken Soup with Vermicelli and Green Salad.
