Atlas was held the fourth Turkish Cooking Class for the Spring'13 semester on February 13th, Wednesday@6:00pm. We all enjoyed cooking and tasting delicious Turkish dishes. The menu for session #4 includes Steamed Kebab -Eggplant and Ground beef, Cabbage Salad with Yogurt,Suffed Kadayif, Lentil Soup and Rice Pilaf with Garniture.
