Turkish Cooking Class Spring 2013 Session # 6

Dear Atlas Cooking Class Friend,

Atlas was held the sixth Turkish Cooking Class for the Spring'13 semester on February 27th, Wednesday@6:00pm. We all enjoyed cooking and tasting delicious Turkish dishes. The menu for session #6 includes Chicken-Mushroom Saute, Rolled Borek, Apple Parfait Dessert, Red Cabbage Salad and Turkish Pastry.
