Turkish Cooking Class Fall 2012 Session # 1



Dear Atlas Cooking Class Friend,

Atlas was held the first Turkish Cooking Class for the Fall'12 semester on September 12th, Wednesday @6:00pm. We all enjoyed cooking and tasting delicious Turkish dishes.  The menu for session #1 includes Eggplant-meat stew,  Cracked wheat  pilaf with vegetables, Turkish carrot delight, Yogurt and cucumber sauce and Green salad.
