Turkish Cooking Class Spring 2013 Session # 1


Dear Atlas Cooking Class Friend,


Atlas was held the first Turkish Cooking Class for the Spring'13 semester on January 23rd, Wednesday@6:00pm. We all enjoyed cooking and tasting delicious Turkish dishes. The menu for session #1 includes Stuffed Bulgur Shells, Wheat and Rice Soup with Yogurt, Turkish Walnuts Cookies, Borek and Green Salad.
